I’m delighted to be standing as the Labour Party’s Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Arundel and South Downs. This is a generational opportunity to reset Great Britain.
All of us, wherever we live, whatever we do, desperately need CHANGE: The cost of living, unsustainable development, unaffordable housing, a potholed transport system, lack of rural buses, pollution, raw sewage running in our rivers and coast, the highest tax burden in a generation, our heroic but crumbling NHS, our broken care sector. The endless chaos and misery of five Tory Prime Ministers in a row failing to lead their own party, let alone the country for the past 14 years.
A vote for Labour in Arundel and South Downs is the surest and only way of turning the page. Labour is the largest opposition party in the new constituency, redrawn just this year. If you want change, only a vote for Labour can deliver it.
Labour will deliver economy stability, cut NHS waiting times, crack down on anti-social behaviour and protect local businesses, revitalise our public services, deliver more teachers, and help with the cost of living.
I’ve worked across the state, NGO and commercial sectors. I’m all too familiar with the ups and downs of running a business. I’ve also volunteered in the care sector personally and professionally.
I have lived in Sussex for over 15 years. Two of my children were born here.
I’m asking for your vote so that I can serve: not in my interests or in my Party’s interests, but to represent the interests of all who live in this constituency.
